About Us
Senior Salesforce and AI Expertise, Direct
SFA Solutions is a Salesforce and AI consultancy based in New York, NY. We help companies put Agentforce to work, keep their Salesforce orgs healthy, and build AI and Azure solutions around them.
Our Founder
SFA Solutions was founded in February 2023 by Steve, a Salesforce architect with more than ten years of enterprise experience. Before starting SFA, Steve designed and delivered Salesforce solutions for large organizations in technology, healthcare, finance, publishing, and telecom, across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and B2B Commerce.
That work covered the full lifecycle: architecture and data models, integrations with ERPs and Microsoft platforms, custom Apex and Lightning development, and large data and file migrations. Today it extends to Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI agents built outside Salesforce, including ForceClaw, our own AI developer agent for Slack.
